Wall Plug - Grey Fish HATCH (M8)

Grey fish-type wall plugs in M8, Hatch's own brand, a size up from the M6. The extra body diameter is what carries the extra weight: a fish plug knots and bunches behind the wall as the screw tightens, and a larger body spreads that grip over more of the hole, which is what lets an M8 hold things an M6 would eventually let go of. Used for wall units and kitchen cabinets, water heaters, heavier mirrors and boards, gate hardware on rendered walls, and any fixing into hollow block where the load is real. Drill the matching hole, clear the dust, and use a screw long enough to reach past the plug body. If the wall is solid poured concrete, a straight plug of the same size grips harder than a fish type.
