Pliers - Green & Red (8-inch)

Eight-inch combination pliers with green and red handle grips. They sit below the EXPERT pliers of the same length on price, and for occasional use both do the same work: serrated jaws for gripping round and flat stock, a pipe grip behind them for tube and bar, and side cutters for wire, nails and small fasteners. Where a tool is used all day the dearer pair generally holds its pivot and its cutting edges longer; where pliers get borrowed, dropped off scaffolds and lost, the cheaper pair is the sensible buy and nobody grieves over it. The two-colour grip is also easier to spot in a toolbox or on a site than a plain black handle, which is a small thing that matters more than it sounds.
