Nut Setter - (10mm)

A 10mm nut setter. We stock two at this size and this is the more expensive; what separates them is not recorded, and in a nut setter that difference is normally the hardness of the socket walls and the strength of the magnet - both of which decide how many screws it drives before the hex rounds off and starts chewing heads. Ten millimetres fits the larger hex-head screws used where sheet is thicker or a fixing carries more: heavier gauge roofing screws, purlin and cleat fixings, structural cladding, and bigger self-drillers on steel framing. The magnet holds the screw so a fixing can be placed one-handed, which up a ladder is a safety matter rather than a convenience. Fits any drill or impact driver with a hex holder.
