Cutting Disc - HATCH (4.5-inch)

A 4.5-inch cutting disc under Hatch's own brand, for the standard angle grinder. Cutting discs are thin and hard where a grinding disc is thick and soft: the thin section slices through steel with less heat and waste, which is why one is used for cutting and the other for dressing. It is the consumable every fabricator gets through fastest, used on bar, angle iron, rebar, box section, sheet, bolts and conduit. Being our own brand, it is the disc we stock deepest and price for people who buy them by the box rather than one at a time. Fit it with the guard in place, let the disc do the cutting rather than forcing it sideways, and replace it once it has worn well down - a cutting disc that binds in the cut is what breaks.
