Cutting Disc - [3mm] HATCH (9-inch)

A 9-inch cutting disc under Hatch's own brand, 3mm thick, for the large angle grinder. The bigger machine exists for work the 4.5-inch cannot reach through, and this is the disc that does it: heavy bar and billet, thick angle and channel, structural section, large pipe, rebar and mesh, and cutting into concrete blockwork. At 3mm the disc is on the sturdier side, trading a little cutting speed for stiffness that resists snatching and breaking in deep cuts - which matters far more on a nine-inch machine, where a disc that grabs takes the operator with it. Use both hands, keep the guard on, stand out of the plane of the disc, and never use a nine-inch disc on a machine it was not made for.
